Clickback now has the keys for the former police headquarters at 110 James Street (our future home). It’s six storeys of bare walls and empty rooms now, but we see a space that quite possibly could help change St. Catharines’ future.

Innovation & Technology Hub

Our vision is to bring like-minded companies into the building to form an innovation and technology hub. The hope is to fill it with companies from inside and outside the region. Mayor Walter Sendzik said our plan is the kind the city wanted to see at the former regionally-owned building.

Inspired by the ‘tannery’ in Kitchener, we want to make sure the hub is open to companies from all innovative areas. We’re building a plan by meeting with several Niagara organizations, such as Venture Niagara and the Niagara Workforce Planning Board to name a few, to find out what they see for the future of Niagara innovation and technology and what’s limiting it. We’re also working with the city and its economic development team and we’re turning to Brock University and Niagara College to get feedback.

Move-in Day

We hope to move into the building sometime in June after doing some (dare we say) pretty awesome renovations. We will take over one and a half floors in the new building, while the rest of the space will be leased out.
